Matt is both a partner and CEO of elliotts. Joining the firm in 1987 and partnership in 1996, he has an in depth understanding of business with hands on management experience across a multitude of industry sectors.

A driven and strategic thinker with real business vision, Matt consults and advises clients in many different aspects including wealth creation, structuring, taxation, superannuation, business planning and estate planning.

Since joining elliotts, Matt has had the opportunity to specialise in Law Firms and Professional services. He maintains a close relationship with key industry specialists and promotes the principles of innovation, discretion, trust and vision to develop tailored advice to ensure his clients achieve their goals.

He is passionate about ensuring all elliotts' clients become 'wealth' organised and develop the best possible strategy to achieve their individual wealth objectives.

Matt is a confident operator with the ability to motivate and inspire his team.
He believes in the strength and talent of each elliotts’ professional and takes responsibility for their growth and development. His open management style empowers them by listening, providing guidance and supporting them with the decisions they make. Matt will ensure elliotts remains an employer of choice, where each team member is respected and valued for their contribution. 

Matt is an avid cycler and when he is not working or spending time with his family he likes to gather a few mates and go cycling around Brisbane.
